Kan arbeidstakeren begynne arbeidet før HMS-kort er mottatt?

Det er ikke forbudt å arbeide frem til HMS-kortet er mottatt, men arbeidsgiver må da kunne dokumentere at HMS-kort er under bestilling.

Før HMS-kortet er mottatt, må arbeidstakeren på bygge- og anleggsplassen kunne dokumentere hvilken virksomhet han eller hun jobber for. Dokumentasjonen kan for eksempel være en bekreftelse på at HMS-kort er bestilt eller en arbeidskontrakt. For noen typer arbeidsforhold kan arbeidsgiver bestille HMS-kort i forkant av oppstart av arbeidsforholdet.

Pågående utbedringer

Vi opplever noen utfordringer med register og statussøk. Dette jobbes med og vil bli løst så snart som mulig.

Som følger av dette kan man oppleve at:

  • Ansatte ikke dukker ikke opp i riktig underenhet
  • Ansatte eksisterer i flere underenheter samtidig
  • Kort vises ikke på ansatt under riktig underenhet
  • Handling Kreves – Manuelt lagt til person ikke funnet i Enhets- og Foretaksregisteret

  • Noen opplever også 400-feil ved betaling med DIBS. Denne er også under utbedring

    New for the year

    We are launching a new ordering solution for HSE-cards! From the autumn, a new HSE-app will also be released which will make it easier to obtain photos and credentials of employees in the business. This will not be transferred to a new supplier and therefore cannot be reused. When ordering a new card, the information must be uploaded again.

    In addition, new users of API services will be opened on February 17, 2020.

    Login and delegation

    From January 2020 there will be a new ordering solution and a new login method for managing HSE-cards. To order a HSE-card, you must log in through the ID portal. Click Login at the top right of this page and select the desired login method. If you do not have an electronic ID, you can click on: This is how you get Electronic ID and follow the instructions. When you are logged in, you will see all companies where you have a role, and those companies where you have been delegated authorization to order cards.

    If you wish to If you want to delegate access to the company so that others can also order HSE-cards, this can be done below Company In the menu to the right on the order page. Here you also get an overview of who has access to order cards and the opportunity to manage this by pressing Show details and Delegate access.

    New for cleaning cards

    All businesses that are registered in the cleaning registry must order HSE cards for cleaning companies. Previously, the same company could have both HSE cards for cleaning and for construction. This has changed from 2020.

    Cleaning companies must be approved or have applied for such approval and received a letter stating that they can order HSE-cards before ordering HSE-cards.
