Workers can start and work before HSE-cards are received

It is not prohibited to work until the HSE card is received, but the employer must then be able to document that the HSE card is under order.

Before the HSE card is received, the worker at the construction site must be able to document which business he or she works for. The documentation can, for example, be a confirmation that an HSE card has been ordered or a work contract. For some types of working conditions, the employer can order HSE cards in advance of the start of the working relationship.

HSE cards for cleaning companies should also be used on building and construction sites

HSE cards for cleaning companies meet the same requirements as for HSE cards for building and construction.

As of January 2020, approved cleaning companies can only order HSE cards for cleaning. The Labor Inspectorate will remove this technical barrier again, but it will happen after Easter.

Once the barrier has been removed, approved cleaning companies will again be able to order both HSE cards for building and construction and cleaning.

Ongoing improvements

The HSE card solution now works for all orders, except HSE cards where employees are registered in the Job and Labor Register. This will be improved by week 8

Chip failure that prevents employees from entering construction sites. All this applies will automatically be sent a new card during week 7.

Postage errors in previous orders will be refunded as soon as possible.

    New for the year

    We are launching a new ordering solution for HSE cards. Here you will in addition to being able to order HSE cards, also get information about your employees HSE cards are valid and details of which registration obligations are not fulfilled. Where card status is not valid and these are employees who must have HSE cards, then check out the reason. The status automatically changes back to valid when the requirements for registration in the various registers are again met.  

    Images and credentials have not been transferred to a new supplier and therefore cannot be reused. It is only when you order new HSE cards that you have to upload your photo and photo ID.

    You can add multiple addresses during business, to have the opportunity to have different orders delivered to different addresses.

    In the spring, a new HSE app will be launched that will make it easier to obtain photos and credentials of employees in the business. In addition, new users of API services will be opened on February 17, 2020.

    Login and delegation

    From January 2020 there will be a new ordering solution and a new login method for managing HSE-cards. To order a HSE-card, you must log in through the ID portal. Click Login at the top right of this page and select the desired login method. If you do not have an electronic ID, you can click on: This is how you get Electronic ID and follow the instructions. When you are logged in, you will see all companies where you have a role, and those companies where you have been delegated authorization to order cards.

    If you wish to If you want to delegate access to the company so that others can also order HSE-cards, this can be done below Company In the menu to the right on the order page. Here you also get an overview of who has access to order cards and the opportunity to manage this by pressing Show details and Delegate access.
